How do I pay for membership?
Our secure online portal accepts all major credit/debit cards, most HSA and FSA cards, and you’ll always have access to a receipt. Additional options may be available in our office.
When does my membership become effective?
After signing up, your membership is effective immediately. No waiting period! Simply call our office to schedule an appointment when you are ready.

Tell me more about these treatment discounts – how does it all work?
With insurance, patients are responsible for a certain percentage of restorative procedures (fillings, crowns, cosmetic dentistry, dental implants, and other treatments). Our plan works similarly – the membership covers preventive care, and we discount restorative treatments – but it’s better. There are no caps, no maximums, and no insurance company getting in the way of your oral health.
Can I add family members to my account?
Yes! You can add family members when you enroll in the membership plan, or at any time after.
What information is required to sign up?
Your full name, phone number, email address, and date of birth are required when signing up for our membership plan.
*This plan has a one-time activation fee for monthly payments.
